We are now using equipment certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America to enhance the quality of your clean. Our offerings include:
- Air Sanitization, Deodorization, and Aromatization
Breathe easier with sanitized air. Our equipment kills germs, bacteria, viruses, and mold spores both in the air and on surfaces, including CDC-approved effectiveness against COVID-19 and Influenza. - Mattress Sanitizing
Eliminate dust mites, their eggs, germs, and bacteria from your mattress, reducing the spread of illnesses. Optional aromatization for mattresses and bedding is available, and we can also sanitize throw pillows, stuffed animals, and more. - Upholstery Sanitizing
We can sanitize any upholstered surface without the use of harsh chemicals or water, ensuring a thorough clean while preserving the integrity of your furniture.
Office Basic Cleaning
Starting at $150
• Bathrooms – wiping down front of drawers and cabinets, cleaning mirrors, cleaning and sanitizing toilet, vacuuming and mopping floors. Owner must supply trash bags and toilet paper.
• Remaining Office Space – All trash cans emptied, wipe around papers on desk, clean top of all desks and counters, vacuum and mop all floors, check window sills and clean if necessary, rotate any deeper clean items.
Residential Basic Cleaning
Starting at $175
Offered only with reoccurring weekly or bi-weekly services
Monthly cleaning starting at $250.
• Bathroom – wiping down front of drawers and cabinets, cleaning bathtub and/or shower, cleaning mirrors, cleaning and sanitizing toilet, vacuuming and mopping the floors
• Kitchen – We clean and sanitize the sink, faucet, countertops, and the exterior of all appliances, along with drawers and cabinets. The inside of the microwave is cleaned in every home, every time. We complete the job by vacuuming and mopping the floors.
• Dusting – alternating between vents, fans, and blinds.
• Floors in all rooms are vacuumed and mopped

Move Out/Sales Clean
Starting at $450+
• Bathrooms – wiping down front of cabinets and inside drawers, bathtub and/or shower, cleaning mirrors, cleaning and sanitizing toilet, cleaning baseboards , light fixtures, vents, sinks and faucets, vacuuming and mopping the floors
• Kitchen – cleaning inside of microwave, cleaning sink and faucet, cleaning and sanitizing counter tops, cleaning outside and under oven and running the clean cycle, cleaning interior and exterior of drawers and cabinets, cleaning and sanitizing interior/exterior refrigerator
• Dusting – vents, fans and blinds.

1 Bedroom – with washer and dryer in unit - Starting at $165

• Linens – additional charge for over 2 loads of laundry

Cancellations
Less than 24 hour notice - $50
We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice but prior to the start of the clean incur a $50 late-cancellation fee.
